We've expanded Activity History with broader coverage across your operation. Changes made to the following areas are now tracked in the feed:
- Production
- Task Management
- Users & Permission Groups
- More Harvest activity
- Package Adjustments (now includes amount, reason, and notes inline)
Same filters, same search, same CSV export. Just more visibility.
For more information, check out our Help Center article here.

You asked, we listened: Bulk split packages is back in Canix, rebuilt from the ground up based on your feedback.
Here's what's new:
- Select multiple source packages and split them all in one flow. Each source gets its own tab, so you can configure them one by one without losing track of the details.
- Tags now live in one dedicated final step, so there's no more guessing where to enter them.
- You have the option to set a starting tag and turn on "Assign consecutively" to auto-number every new package in sequence. Edit any tag and the rest reflow automatically.
- Nothing submits until you review and confirm your tags, so every package gets a final check before it's official.

Available now for all customers. Check out our Help Center Article here for more information on how to use this feature.
Checking what happened on a Sales Order, Package, or Harvest today means opening each one separately. There's no single place to see it all, in order.
Not anymore. Activity History is a new page under Audits that brings every change across Plant Batches, Plants, Harvests, Packages, Non-Cannabis Product Lots, and Sales Orders into one timestamp-ordered feed — so you're not reconstructing a timeline by hand for every audit, compliance review, or troubleshooting session.

From there you can:
- Search by keyword across the feed
- Filter by Category, User, Date Range, or Actions & Events
- Jump to Last 7 / 30 / 90 Days, or set a custom range
- Sort newest or oldest first
- Expand any entry to see every field that changed, before → after, with the name of the user who made the update
- Download the feed as a CSV for offline audits or reporting
Find it under Audits > Activity History.

Credits applied to your LeafLink orders used to create a headache: they'd reduce the total in Canix but wouldn't carry over to QuickBooks Online, so invoices synced at the pre-credit amount and needed manual correction on the QBO side.
Not anymore. LeafLink credits now automatically convert to order discounts in Canix, so your sales order total, Canix invoice, and QBO invoice all match from the moment the order is created. No separate steps. No manual edits in QBO. Done.
How to enable:
In your LeafLink integration settings, check the box for "Apply LeafLink credits as an order discount." New orders from that point forward will flow through correctly.

Note: This applies to orders created after enabling the setting. Existing orders won't be updated retroactively.
Printing labels used to mean finishing an action, then heading over to the quick-print screen and re-entering tags by hand. That extra step added up fast, especially across splits, combines, and plant movements.
Now, when you complete a supported action, the success message includes a Print Labels button. Pressing it opens the quick-print dialog already filled in with the exact packages, plants, or plant batches that action just created or changed. Pick your template, download, and you're done. No re-entering tags by hand.

Supported actions include:
- Split Package and Combine Packages (Metrc facilities)
- Create Plant Batch
- Change Growth Phase, Custom Growth Phase, and Location on plant batches
- Move to Flowering, Revert to Vegetative, Custom Growth Phase, and Location on plants
Note: On BioTrack facilities, package flows (Split and Combine) don't offer the button since BioTrack assigns the tags, but plant and plant batch flows work as normal.
Long days in Canix can be hard on the eyes, especially in low-light spaces like grow rooms or during evening shifts. We heard you, and Dark Mode is now available. Light Mode has also been fine-tuned with stronger contrast so text, tables, and statuses are easier to read all day long.
Switch between light and dark anytime using the toggle in the footer of the left navigation bar. Your choice is remembered, so Canix opens the way you left it the next time you log in.

Multi-leg transfers with licensed stops just got easier. 🚛
Canix now supports transfers with layovers, letting you manage the same transporter license across multiple legs of a trip. Check the Layover checkbox when creating your transfer, set check-in and check-out times, then define each layover leg with its own driver and vehicle. Canix submits the data to Metrc automatically, keeping your multi-leg logistics compliant and auditable.

Available now for all Metrc-integrated customers.
Invoices can now show MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) Per Unit and Discount Per Unit fields, giving you full cost transparency on every invoice!
MSRP populates automatically from your product settings for any Product with MSRP specified.

Any line item that's discounted—whether it's a Product or Item—will display Discount Per Unit for pricing clarity.

Perfect for tracking margins and keeping customers informed of the value they're receiving!

Find the option to add these fields when configuring your Invoice template.

Available now for all customers. 🚀
The Canix MCP server now includes package and inventory data. Query your current inventory alongside sales data in Claude or ChatGPT.
Ask questions like "How many packages do we have available to sell?", "What's our current inventory by facility?", or "Which products are selling fast but running low on inventory?"—all in real time.
