LeafLink Case Support Toggle
We’ve introduced a new toggle in the LeafLink integration settings: “Use Cases when syncing LeafLink Orders.”
This toggle determines whether Canix brings Cases or Individual Units per Case over from LeafLink for all Line Items.
🔑 Key Features:
- Enabled by Default: Sync Case quantities directly from LeafLink to Canix Orders for seamless processing.
- Flexible Option: Disable the toggle to automatically convert Cases into Units per Case when the LeafLink Order is brought into Canix.
No more double-entry or manual updates—Canix now supports syncing your Sales Order statuses directly with LeafLink. Here's how it works:
When you update a Canix Sales Order, the status of the associated LeafLink order will automatically update:
- Approved → Accepted
- Filled → Fulfilled
- Shipped → Shipped
- Accepted → Complete
In the update status modal, you’ll see a confirmation message to ensure transparency: "This will update the associated LeafLink order (ORDER NUMBER) to STATUS."
This feature ensures that your workflow stays seamless and accurate, so you can focus on what matters most—growing your business.
Grams per Individual Unit added to LeafLink Product Creation
Easily streamline product creation in LeafLink directly from Canix with support for Grams per Individual Unit. This feature lets users set weight-based items (like Flower) to Unit-based measurements, reducing manual data entry and eliminating the need to switch between platforms.
Leaflink Strain Select Now Searchable
The LeafLink Strain Select has been updated to be Searchable, and only filtered to Strains in your LeafLink account. Search across the entire list when creating a new LeafLink product to find the strain that you need!
Sync Cases from LeafLink Orders
Items set to the Case Level in LeafLink can now be synced as Cases to Canix. Since Canix now supports setting an Individual Units per Case value on every Item, Items set to the Case in LeafLink can be sold, allocated, and fulfilled by the case in Canix as well.
Sync Payment Terms from LeafLink Orders
Payment Terms entered on LeafLink Orders now flow to Canix’s Payment Terms. Whether you are entering orders with NET terms, Pre-Payment, or COD on the LeafLink side, Canix will implement those terms accurately!
The
Integrations Tab
on the Item Profile now allows you to easily associate your Canix products with products from various platforms, including LeafLink
, QuickBooks Online (QBO)
, and Sage Intacct
.Check out this Canix Help Center Article for an extensive overview of this new functionality.
Inactive Items will now be delineated as such in the Canix <> LeafLink Item Association Modal to quickly see which items are Inactive versus Active.
- Save time managing orders with credits on Canix Sales Orders now automatically populated from credits on LeafLink Orders. You can see this credit displayed when converting a LeafLink Order to a Canix Sales Order.
- Finding orders between LeafLink and Canix is now easier with the Canix Sales Order number prefilled with the LeafLink Order number.
- Line item notes placed on LeafLink orders are now applied to Canix Sales Orders. Use these line item notes to pass along important order information for those fulfilling orders in Canix.
