LeafLink Case Support Toggle

We’ve introduced a new toggle in the LeafLink integration settings: “Use Cases when syncing LeafLink Orders.”

This toggle determines whether Canix brings Cases or Individual Units per Case over from LeafLink for all Line Items.

🔑 Key Features:

Enabled by Default: Sync Case quantities directly from LeafLink to Canix Orders for seamless processing.
Flexible Option: Disable the toggle to automatically convert Cases into Units per Case when the LeafLink Order is brought into Canix.
