Configuring Sales Order and Package statuses just got faster.
You can now create new custom statuses directly from the status dropdown—no need to leave your current workflow. The new “Create New Custom Status” action always appears at the top of the dropdown and mirrors the familiar “Create new item” experience used elsewhere in Canix.

- Create custom Sales Order or Package statuses while updating the status
- One click opens a focused modal for the correct workflow
- Required fields only, with clear validation
- Status is created in your current facility
