Empowering retailers and buyers to shop and order through Canix
Today we’re releasing the Retailer Account Suite, giving retailers and buyers their own secure Canix accounts so they can independently explore brands, view products, and place orders directly through the Canix Marketplace.
The marketplace can be accessed via: https://marketplace.canix.com/.
If a Retailer or Buyer you work with has not signed up yet, they can do so here: https://marketplace.canix.com/signup.

Important
: if you want to continue to place internal orders (as a Sales Representative for example), copy the URL of your shop in the marketplace tab!With the Retailer Account Suite, retailers can now:
- Create and manage their own Canix accounts— no more manual setup or one-off access workflows.
- Browse and search across brands and stores— discover products, compare offerings, and find approved vendors in one place.
- Place orders directly in Canix— streamline purchasing with real-time product visibility and seamless order submission.
This launch brings true self-service shopping to the Canix ecosystem while setting the stage for deeper collaboration tools between brands, distributors, and retailers. The Retailer Account Suite is available starting today.
