[Metrc] Plant COGS accurately applied to Harvest

For cultivation customers using Metric-Integrated Canix, we fixed an issue when plants harvested from within Metrc, the Plant's COGS (defined in Canix) were not properly being applied to and when synchronizing to the active harvest created in Canix.

NOTE: For manual synchronization operations to be successful while trying this, you must select BOTH: Harvests and Plants, for the sync to complete and the Plant's COGS to be visible on the Active Harvest's and .
