To help our Metrc-integrated customers better know the time when Metrc Submissions are created and last run, we've expanded beyond just showing the dates, to show the full date time.
You can view this by going to Admin -> Metrc Submissions -> All
This is also present as ISO-8601 Formatted Date Time in our REST API for Metrc Submissions
