Automated Payment Synchronization
- Canix now offers 2-way syncing of payments from Quickbooks to Canix. Canix polls QuickBooks Online every 15 minutes to sync invoice payment status
- Payment information flows automatically from QBO invoices to Canix sales orders
New payment status indicator shows: Paid, Partial, Unpaid, or Overpaid
- Canix has added a new payment state indicator on the invoice and sales order to indicate whether it has been paid yet.
Real-Time Webhook Payment Synchronization
- When configured, Canix can now receive instant notifications from QBO when invoice/payment events occur
- Payment information flows in real-time (seconds vs. up to 15 minutes for polling)
- Secure webhook endpoint with HMAC-SHA256 signature validation
- Feature operates alongside payment status polling for maximum reliability
