We’ve streamlined the process for creating Customers and managing Destination Facilities in Canix. Previously, users had to create both objects separately — now, we’ve cut that work in half.
What’s New:
Whenever you create a new Customer, Canix will now automatically create or map the corresponding Destination Facility based on the Facility License Number.
This removes the need to duplicate data entry and ensures accurate, synced facility information across your workflows.

  • 50% reduction in manual data entry for new Customers — saving ~2 minutes per entry.
  • Improved accuracy by syncing Customer details directly to linked Destination Facilities.
  • Smarter transfers: Outgoing Transfers now auto-fill the Destination Facility field using the newly linked Customer data.
Ongoing Sync:
Editing a Customer? Relevant changes (like address, license number, or contact details) will automatically update the associated Destination Facility — no extra steps required.
